ChurchCAST was designed to work with all major browsers and operating systems
we apologize if you're having any issues. Rest assured, if you follow the steps below, you'll be
watching church services in no time!

Step #1, if you're using a computer have you installed Adobe Flash?

ChurchCAST uses Adobe Flash which is a free application available for
download by clicking here

If you are still having issues after installing Adobe Flash please go to step #3
If you are trying to view ChurchCAST from a phone or tablet please go to step #2.

Step #2, What type of mobile device are you using?


ChurchCAST works with both Android devices and Apple iOS devices (iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch)

If you use an Apple device you need to have at least iOS 4 or higher installed. To make sure
you have the latest version of iOS on your device simply connect to your computer and
launch iTunes. If you have iOS 4 or higher, no apps or plugins are required for playback.

If you use an Android device you'll need to install the free Adobe Flash player available
in the Android Market Place by searching for "Adobe Flash"

Step #3, Disable Antivirus or Firewall

Although extremely rare, some antivirus programs block ChurchCAST.
If all steps above did not work, try disabling your Antivirus.
